Garlic + Onion Powder
One BIG spoonful of salsa, thrown right into the pan when the chicken is almost done cooking.
And one spoonful of the awesome-sauce, if you're feelin' frisky.

Equal parts of greek yogurt and hot salsa (I use Pace Hot, since it's spicy enough for my high-tolerance tastes, plus doesn't have a boring or bad flavor)
