*note: that's why you may see a mixture of two meals in these pics, because I made them for breakfast and dinner. Same recipe, even same veggie cooking method!

- 4 eggs
- 2 strips of bacon for the bacon cup frittata
- 1 sausage patty (cut to fit the pan) for the sausage bottom one
- 1 or 2 American cheese singles diced up (if I had Velveeta, I woulda used it)
- A shake of Italian seasoning for the herby one
- Nonstick cooking spray or butter to grease the pan (I tried both, butter is DEFINITELY better)
- Extra bacon for serving on the side (Optional, but always awesome)
- Frozen asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, whatever veggies you like (Optional, but yumbo!!)
