This dressing sauce stuff, oh my goodness. I never thought that I would be able to crate something so simple, so delicious, in the confines of my small apartment kitchen, with my limited ingredient availability.
But I did.
Intending to make a BLT salad, I knew that I wanted avocado in there, and didn't want the usual fat-free Italian dressing to distract from the awesome bacon. So, I scraped about half if an avocado into a bowl, threw in a spoon or two of greek yogurt, some minced garlic, plus some garlic and onion powder, and gave it a bunch of stirs til it all blended up nicely (yay for my laziness in not wanting to break out the food processor)!
